Charlie J. Parsons, O.D.
Dr. Parsons was born in Moorefield, WV, and grew up on a small farm. After majoring in Biology and participating in the honors program at West Virginia University, Dr. Parsons attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. At PCO, he achieved academic and clinical honors, and was awarded his Doctorate in 1983. He completed internships in the states of Pennsylvania and Minnesota.
In 1984, Dr. Parsons opened Greencastle Eye Care Center, his private practice. He is firmly committed to quality care with friendly, professional service. Dr. Parsons actively maintains his status as a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Optometric Associations.
Dr. Parsons resides in Greencastle with his wife, Elissa, and his three daughters, Jennifer, Rebecca, and Christina. He enjoys flying, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is active in his church, the community and charitable events.

Sandra Fink-Freeman O.D.
Dr. Sandra L. Fink-Freeman began seeing patients at Greencastle Eye Care Center on Monday, December 4,2006. The Doctors are taking new patients, continuing to give the same outstanding care and services that Greencastle Eye Care has become known for.
After earning her undergraduate degree at Penn State University, Dr. Fink-Freeman graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1993. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Fraternity. Dr. Fink-Freeman ia a member of the American Optometric Association, PA Optomeric Association and the Central PA Optometric Association. She has been practicing in the local area since 1994.
Dr. Sandra L. Fink-Freeman lives in Greencastle with her husband, John, and their two sons, Benjamin and Jason. When she isn't seeing patients Dr.Fink-Freeman can be found attending her sons' sporting events or Hagerstown Suns games, exercising, or reading.

Elissa Parsons, Office Manager
Elissa has been the Office Manager for 24+ years and appreciates all of the employees and what each one of them brings to the practice. She stays very busy with the office and three teenage daughters (17, 18, and 19). When not at the office she enjoys spending time with family, walking, and going for bicycle rides.

Tammy
Ophthalmic Technician
Tammy brings years of experience in the eyecare field. She's very patient and loves to work with patients doing pretesting and explaining conditions and treatment programs. Her only downfall is that she thinks Dale,Jr. is a great driver and she likes the Dallas Cowboys.

Carla
Front Desk
Carla is one of the smiling faces you will see at the front desk, she comes with administrative experience from years of working in a public library. She is in charge of reviewing and submitting paperwork and helping with front desk duties.

Cheryl is one of the smiling faces you will see at the front desk and uses her years of nursing home administration experience to keep the area organized and patient flow smooth.

Bethani
Ophthalmic Technician. Bethani has four years of retail experience. She enjoys getting to know our patients while working with them as a technician. She has a dog named Nemo and is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan!

Kasey
Optician. Kasey has several years of experience in social services. She joined our practice in January 2010. She is happy to assist all patients in frame selection and fitting eyeglasses. When not at the office she enjoys spending time with her two children. She is also a Pittsburgh Steelers fan!
